Description: Exceptional Georgian chalcedony Maltese cross. The focal point of the cross is a beautiful center of fine gold cannetille work centered around a cushion cut garnet. The green stones are most likely emeralds; the gold is high karat, 15 or 18kt.. This cross can be worn as a brooch or a pendant.
