Description: Continental silver box of exceptional quality. The enamel top is adorned with hearts, flowers and a scene depicting a young lady dancing to the music of wandering minstrels. The enamel work is so finely detailed that it must have been created by a master craftsman. The bottom of the box has elaborate chase work. This substantial vermeil (gold on silver) box weighs 105 grams and has a fabulous gold gilded interior.
