Antique French champleve Enamel picture frame

Dimensions: 1 and 1/3 inches by 1 and 1/2 inches

Condition: excellent, a tiny flake on the enamel at exactly the 6:00 position

Year: 1880-1900

Description:  Lovely Champlevé red enamel frame with bows and swags draped around an adorable photo of a young girl.  These diminutive Victorian picture frames look so nice when grouped together on a mantel or a dressing table.   The brass has a rich patina which could be polished to a high shine if desired.  Easel back.
