Item: Lovely memorial ring with lady at tomb

Dimensions: approx. 5/8 inch by 1 and 1/4 inches

Condition: excellent; enamel is mint; note that two of the tiny pearls inside are lose.

Description: The image on this ring really snaps out at you! The combination of the black and white enamel combined with the lovely gold and black urn make this a very striking piece. What is unique in this ring is that part of the urn is made from hair!! it is not "simply" black onyx or enamel but the top part is actually hair. You can see this very clearly with a loupe.
