Description:  This touching cameo depicts an angel carrying a deceased infant up to heaven.  In the hand of the infant is the eternal flame which served to remind his parents that they would meet each their beloved infant again.  Very touching.  The frame is 9kt. rose gold.  (marked) This cameo is carved so that it comes out from the setting which makes it a very impressive piece.
